Hello
I'm Emma and I am a Surrey based HR Consultant.
After many years working in HR, I made the decision that I
wanted to use my skills and knowledge to support SME's in my
local area to grow and develop their organisations.
This resulted in the launch of EJ HR Solutions!
Since then I have been working with my clients ensuring that they have all they need to protect them as an organisation whilst, equally as important, supporting their employees.
My previous experience within the HR industry was extremely varied, working in both large corporations and SMEs. I have been a standalone HR Manager in several organisations which has allowed me to be involved in all aspects of HR and be part of building their strategy and implementation plans.
I enjoying working with people to find solutions to the HR issues that they are facing and to help them put strategies and plans in place to develop their employees, and in turn, their organisation.

I offer various packages to ensure that the needs of your organisation can be met at any given time.

Ad-hoc support
Not all HR requirements are predictable or can be planned for, so HR support can be provided on an ad- hoc basis at an hourly or daily rate.
This is a great package if you need support without committing to a certain cost each month.

Retained Services
A retained service can be used when you may need regular HR support but not necessarily at a specific time each month.
This package would be charged on a monthly basis and is then accessible for yourself, or any employees within your organisation, to contact me directly for HR advice.

Project Work
You may have a specific HR project that you are looking to complete and you do not have anyone within your organisation who can achieve this for you.
I can work on a project basis so you will be given a cost just for that project.
This can also be a good option if your current HR team is at capacity and need some extra support.
